Default Is it possible to make an invisible skintone?
Just as the title says.
I've looked at programs that let you make skin tones, and they seem easy enough. But I cant seem to figure out how to make an invisible skin specifically.
When i tried to just upload a transparent image into skininator, it ended up being a featureless, black void. Looked cool but it wasnt what I was going for.
I'm not even sure if its possible to do an invisible skin. I feel like it could be done, since some of the cc ive had gives me texture errors where some of the the sim's body parts turn invisible, but is there a way to do something like that on purpose? I dont want anyone to make it for me, I just want to do this myself if I can. Recommendations for programs are appreciated.

Not sure if this is possible to do through skintone specifically, but it is absolutely possible. Here are some relevant links.

Invisible Sim with visible clothes:

Completely invisible Sim (links to several relevant CC items in video description):

Also, if I recall correctly, @mizoreyukii made a translucent Sim while trying to figure out how to get ghosts to stop taking on mood colors. Don't know if that would be of interest; I believe the translucency, like the ghost effect, encompasses the outfit as well as the Sim. (There's also a possibility that enabling alpha transparency on a skintone might let you make a translucent Sim (and likely even one with an almost completely invisible body, in that case) that wears solid clothes, but I've never tried it.)

I looked at the links, but theyre not quite what im goin for... tbh im trying to make a skintone based on shizuka joestar, https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/j...=20160924071026
I'd have the face look like it has foundation on it, basically. I dont know if i could do anything with the eyes, but i wouldnt bother myself with it, since she wears sunglasses a lot, canonically. So thats why i was hoping to make a whole other skintone, that i could put clothes on.
Thanks anyway though! i appreciate the reply ^^

Well, there's also some discussion of how the person who made the clothes that allow creation of an invisible Sim wearing clothes did it, in the S4S forum thread. But their method requires some ability to edit meshes in Blender and then successfully make TS4 content out of them. Perhaps at some point I'll see if it's possible to use the method I suggested for making an invisible or near-invisible skintone if you don't beat me to it, though.
