Default Gussy up mod
I can't seem to find a place that describes what this mod does and how, so I'm not sure it is what I am looking for. Does anyone know where it can be found, with a description?

I found a thread where Liv Lukas and esmesqualor explained how it works. You can find the mod in the folder of his downloads he released before his site closed, which I had reuploaded here.

Gussyup can be found in Christianlov's archive here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/b...CIAL_100628.zip There are all of his mods in there and you need to look for 'closest Gussy Up'. Once installed it gets added to every sims pie menu except for babies and toddlers. Click on it and choose an area such as buy clothes or change everything. You can buy and plan clothes, do plastic surgery and do mirror changes on any sim even NPC's.

That's what I thought it does, good to get it confirmed. And I assume these changes stick?

They stick. The gussy up mod will tell you that the sim is being moved in temporarily, if they are say a passing townie you grabbed. Plastic surgery is of course just that, plastic surgery, it doesn't alter genetics. Make sure you don't accidentally grab Crumplebut, the social worker or anyone who should not be touched.

I won't. Thanks. And just to be clear, when you said closest you meant closet, right? And although it says plug in, I guess it's just a mod that you place in the downloads folder like any other?

Derp, that was my spell check. Yes I meant to say closet. Yes it goes into your download folder. I have mine in my mods folder. Plug in means it gets plugged into your sim pie menu I guess.

The Lingeringwill one sounds useful as it also works on toddlers - I think I'll test that out.

I use the sims as a psychology simulator...
