This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default NRAAS Story Progression Notifs Won't Stop
I looked this issue up myself and have done the following: NRaas > Story Progression > General Options > All Stories > None
But I'm still getting notifs of townie's relationships and so forth :/

that only disables story summary, you need to disable each section individually. I think for yours go under romance etc... and there's a story option, click none.
