Mod to keep strays from spawning in a new hood
I'm mainly looking to create a sub-hood to eventually share, and I don't really want a ton of unwanted strays to infiltrate the hood that I'll need to use the batbox to remove.

I have this, but my hoods still spawn their own set of pets. Sorry I didn't clarify.
