This reminds of Victorian set anime I am watching currently called black butler, love it and especially like the blue dress.

well......I very very sorry but I have no Idea of the Polygon count, nor do I know how or were you see that. I tried to find it on the web bout I could not.
all I know it is an OLD MESH from Biene (sims2-Fashion 2008-2009 - MESH_biene_ballgown_tranz310705).

For object polygon count, you would look at it in simPE, I never made any dress before, I supposed the dress' polygon count also in simPE(?)
