Default Will my computer run Sims 4?
OS: Windows 8
Processor/Graphics: AMD E2-1800 APU with Radeom HD Graphics 1.70 GHz
RAM: 6 GB (5.60 GB usable)
Hard drive capacity/speed: Not sure how to find it, I can post a DxDiag?

No specs have been given for TS4 as of it yet (at least none that have been verified as legit), but from what has been said and what people have found (from digging around in the files for the CAS demo- which is the full game with everything but CAS disabled- and such), it will work on lower-end computers. So I would say that it's a pretty safe bet it'll work on your up-to-date, high-end computer!
