I downloaded the Fixed face tattoo and I get the Tiger tattoo, I don't know if it has anything to do with WA or not but the version I have is 1.7.9/ 2.2.

Here's a pic of my current MTS folder and all of his other tats show up just fine

Yeah I got the same problem too.
The face tattoo didn't show up right away in CAS. I had to wait for a while.
Could you please try it again in your game?
Try this trick:
Click the thumbnail, cancel then click it again.
Or try to recolor the tiger mask then cancel it.
(The tiger make up will show up first but then it will change to face tattoo)
I did that trick and it works.

If it's still not working let me know ok.
I'll fix it for you.

You mean you want it in real life or in your game?
I made all the files separated so you can pick what you like (the wing tats)
And there's 2 versions: the wings tats with and without word/text FALLEN.

Hope this explains.

Sure. No problem at all.
First you have to download the fishnet accessory from here (pick the one as everyday accessory)
Then in game/CAS you enable the fishnet (in accessory category) just like when you make your sims have earrings/glasses, etc.
Don't forget to recolor the fishnet first before your sim wear it. The default color is dark brown.

Again, Thank You So Much v-ware! for your kind comment and specially for the hair.
To be honest, before I made him I already had a plan to make a male elf with
your hair (It's really beautiful and looks very silky)
So when I made Fallen, sculpted his face, I decided to go with effeminate looking and I LOVE the result.
He looks really, really good with your hair or I should say your hair fits perfectly for his face, personality and the image I wanted to create.
And I think he looks really like an elf, a hot one like you said.

Again, thank you for your comment, compliment and gorgeous hair!

I really love Fallen. He was the first custom sim in my Sims 3 game. He's not evil, but he looks funny when he throws the chess pieces across the room, LOL

He is the hottest sim I have ever seen, Thanks for creating him
Just started playing Sims 2 again after a very, very, veryyyy long time!
I also use Poser Pro 11!

Did you put the file to this ==> Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saved Sims.
If you did he should show up in your game.
Look for him in Premade Sims/Custom Sims.

Please try it and let me know if it doesn't work, ok.

For some reason I can't seem to get to the page for the slider hack. No idea why, it says it could either be down or I might not have access to that area, etc. Not that I really want to edit these gorgeous characters, I just want it for my future characters.

EDIT: For some reason I'm able to edit their faces though so I guess that means I must have downloaded it?

Lols, I don't know but I'm glad you can tweak your sims' faces.
But if you still need slider hack you can use Awesomemod, here:

I used ears slider hack and the link is on the post. Just scroll down until the last pic and you'll find CC list and the hacks.
