This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Expending sauna
I have the the sweat it out sauna in my game. Not sure where I got it or whether it was already in the game. Anyway I want to make it bigger and have more people in it.
I tried putting 2 or 3 side by side and trying to delete the deciding walls, but it deletes the seats too. Is there a way to modify it to make it an extra long sauna for my community lot?

Click "Visit" on that pin, let your browser translate the page. It translates well enough to understand how it was made. There are download links at the bottom too for those special sauna objects. It also mentions that you need Numenor's Wall Windows for masking the wall that remains in the middle of two sauna objects, as far as I understand.
