This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Can't upload custom neighbourhood
I'm trying to upload a neighbourhood for the sims 2 and I'm having trouble with the upload wizard.

In the Additonal Information part everything in my neighbourhood from lots to sims is flagged as cc.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong and i need help

You want to go to the upload tab above, open the menu and click on 'Creator Issues'. Make a thread in there about it, this section here is for game help. Or you can also go ask directly on the MTS discord.

thanks I've made a thread for Creator Issues and got some helpful responses
