Did anyone ever find out the cause of this. This happened to me as well-the breakfast pasteries showed up, but not the desserts-also my sims were unable to make cake anymore.

I am going to try again tonight by deleting some other foods that I downloaded that were based off the layer cake, perhaps the two hacks are in conflict.
This pastry, like all the foods I made, have their own GUID and doesn't replace the Maxis food. Maybe there is another food which is in conflict.
Furthemore, some non Maxi's stove could create conflict with foods if those stoves aren't update for OFB.
Otherwise, I don't see the solution. On my game and for a lot of people, this foods works without problems

Thanks bibidoublezero. I deleted the other foods and your food showed up great! I rather have your than that other one anyhow. Also, I had to kick myself when I realized that you have to have 6 cooking skill points to make the treats, but now my bakery is well stocked. Yum!

This is great. And Corylea, millefeuille in English is not "Napoleon" - it's vanilla slice. Literally.

*BIG HUGS* Thank you!!

Wow, it's beautiful outside. I should probably do something.. Like close the blinds on my window so there isn't a glare on my computer screen.

Sorry, but these translations don't make much sense... Also, I've been to England (my girlfriend's English) and there were some Pains au chocolat available... under the French name.

"Fondant" doesn't mean "being founded" here, it means the opposite of crunchy, something smooth and soft.
"Religieuse" is the same word as the one that means "nun", but "chocolate nun" sounds highly suspicious...
And so on. Come on, we French don't translate the word "crumble"!

Hey
This is a great creation the translations are: "Millefeuille": Cream slice

Ohh these deserts are perfect for my bakery thank you! If it's possible do you know if these delicious looking foods are EP compatible, say, a "Make..." or "Put away Leftovers" Pie menu?

Aviva, It's best to keep RUDE and HURTFUL comments to yourself. Bibi has done a truly excellent job with these desserts. I know everyone has a right to his/her opinion, but it is best to keep in mind the feelings of the creator. I don't see anything you've made. It's funny how the ones who haven't created anything are the ones who complain the most.

bibi, these desserts REALLY deserve to be featured. Don't worry about rude people who are jealous of your talent. I like the little tags you added. It's your own personal touch to your beautiful creations (these delicious-looking desserts). Whoever doesn't like them doesn't have to download them. You've done so well and they look scrumptious, good enough to eat. Keep up the extremely wonderful work. I wish that I was as talented as you!

Aviva, I don't know what you were looking at, but it all looked beautiful to me.

And yes bibi, don't even give negativity a second thought. All I've ever made was wall paper and floors. That was all I've done.
However, some of the things I see on these forums are amazing, and from my point of view, many player created objects are surpassing the objects from maxis.
I can't imagine the time and effort it takes to put some of these together-and make sure they work for all.
There are some amazingly talented and creative people on these forums!

For sure, YOU and the other creators make this game far more enjoyable than it would have been without any custom content.

Agreed! The textures are astounding, by the way. Thanks for sharing
