Default 30 Min. Challenge
(No EP needed)

Ok, so this is my first challenge... But I can never finish Legacy Challenges or the Apocalypse Challenge (but I have tried so many times!) So I invented this mini-challenge!
It is fairly simple,

you have 30 minutes to...

-make 2 roommates (must be a boy and girl)
-Build a house for them (must start with an empty lot)
-make them fall in love and get married

After thats done, you have another 30 minutes to have as many kids as possible!

Rules:
-you may use 'motherlode' to give your sims money to build your house. (I wouldn't build an amazing house, because it would take to much time.) you can use 'maxmotives' as many times as you want.
-you have to get married to the sim you made. Not a NPC or townie.
-you may stop the timer when the game is loading, but that is the only time!

Points:
1 point if your sims get engaged
1 point if your sims get married
1 point if you throw an amazing wedding party
1 point for every kid
1 point for every kid who grows up well
1 point for every promotion
1 point for every good party
-1 point if someone dies
-1 point if someone cheats or gets divorced
-1 point if someone doesn't grow up well
-1 point for every minute you go over the time limit.

I hope it turns out to be a good challenge! Please comment if I forgot anything or you are confused! I need testers. I have tested it, and it was very fun. But really hard! Good Luck!

Dang, even with my Simming expertise I don't even think I could do that. Most of the reason would be my laptop though .

Wow, that was the most hectic Sims-session I've ever had. Have basically played the whole game in fast forward. It was a lot of fun, but not something I should do too often. Plus the house looks too damn ugly.

1 engagement
1 marriage
5 kids (Single, Catelynn, twins Georgie & Melanie, twins Quinn & Wendy. Lotsa girls!)
6 promotions (hubby was skilling day and night...)
1 additional point for Catelynn who grew up well to child

I have played this challenge very loosely, each time I start a new neighborhood. Some simmies will refuse to get married, and some of mine wouldn't need 30 minutes. They'll go to bed and marry first thing in the morning. I usually don't score or follow rules. My jollies come from being an evil sorting hat. I say "Here's your mate, get married or suffer. It's your fault."

Well, I totally failed. I built the house, and got my sims in love, best friends, and at a 100 for all their relationships, but for some stupid reason the "Propose Engagement" option wouldn't show up. >.<

me too
total fail (taking my last family past the rules that is)

my current computer does not like to win this challenge

I can build a small house in 12 minutes and decorate it in time but
for the relationships and job stuff I run into negative scores
and I don't know how to trow the wedding party so that point is lost from the start

married and having a job the baby was out at 50 minutes, high-speed does nothing for me if more actions are run
(those wooho/trimester/birth actions really take my system down to under snail speed)

Throwing the wedding party is easy.

Step 1. Get engaged.
Step 2. Pick up phone (after 7:30 AM). Choose "Throw Party/Wedding" option.
Step 3. Choose guests. If prospective spouse doesn't live on lot, make sure to include; all others are at discretion.
Step 4. Run party, making sure to get married during its course. The party will start to tank if it gets down into the last hour and you haven't gotten married yet, so I recommend doing it pretty early.

Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.
