Default Converting TS4 CC to TS3
Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to start converting cc? I can't seem to find a list of programs that are used for doing that.

Generally you need Sims4Studio, TSR Workshop, Milkshape 3D and Blender, and a graphics editiing program of your choice (most peeps use Photoshop and GIMP)
Also you can find some helpful tutorials here, that uses those software mentioned in combination.
