SparklyCookie, I love the flowers on the windowsills, they're so cute!

This is my first house so i'm very proud of how it came out. Usually I just tend to download houses because i'm too lazy to make my own

Back of the house. I wanted to go for that mystical forest theme.

My Llewellyn family's home that I took hours to build. They don't need a pool, they have the ocean in their backyard:

Here's where the cabs come from ... the pregnant girlfriend of one of my sims just moved in with him, so they need to find a bigger place -- they'll be living on the two floors up above the Yellow Cab Co.

Flux has left the building -- the popups on every page have finally driven her away. She can be found in Cinnabar.

Tenielle, I always love your houses. There's a simplicity to them, yet they always look so very nice.

Anyway, it's been a while since I've been in a building mood, but lately I have been. So, I built some stuff for my neighborhood that's a Prosperity/Multi-Legacy/Build-A-City melange. Some pics:

One of the businesses, a pool hall with a bar and card tables:

A few of the houses around the 'hood:

Wow, those are lovely!
Everyone houses are fab.

Here's a (unfinished) house I built for my new legacy family, the Taylors

So far, it's 2 bed, 1 bath, waiting for some more money to come in so they can finish it.

Flux, I'm totally jazzed by the Cab Co. Did you make that sign on Mog's template? Lots of talent on this page, loving the clean architecture. Stuff like these great suburban lots and Tenielle's condo are what should have shipped with the game. Looks deceptively simple, really takes a good eye to achieve.

This is the Crystal Beach Motel. I built it because I wanted a Gulf Coast resort, not tropical, then I donated it to the prize bin at Sims Urbania.

Bubbajoe - Thanks -- Yes, it's a recolor of one of Mog's signs.

The Banes-Thornton Townhomes:

This is an American Way, I think, but I improved it a little so it deserves a spot:

This is in Summer's End, and it's home to the Picaso family:

EDIT: Haha, forgot one of my downtown slum houses. This is the Dueck household on Mendoza lane, redone:

I love all the houses.
I have been too shy to post my own pics, and, wel, I don't have many bildings to upload yet, because I've created a new hood recently, and it is almost empty, but here's what I have to share:

Great houses everyone, I should get building myself XD
JMan93, I really like your house, I fail at modern houses.

Here's one I was going to upload here, but I transferred my Sims files onto my new PC, and can't find the neighbourhood it's in anymore.

Shame, because it was good, and I liked the floorplan.

Hencing. I must say that I love the first one, I like the blue!

Lately I've been working on two semi-detached houses (as apartments). I don't have more pictures yet, only this one.
