Default Do you daydream\let your mind wander and if so, what comes up?
I was a day dreamer for about 20 years.
Mostly, dreaming of love, fortune and the occasional morbid curiosity of killing someone in a specific way, processing dad's nightmares when laid up and the morbid fascination with understanding how exactly evil genocidal dictators snapped to begin with.

Today, on a long walk I regret, I dreamt I married Scott McNeil, we were on a fertility treatment and on our wedding night, we conceived our octuplets, named for the Eeveelutions, Vance Rainier, Joel Sparky, Flarence Pyro, Essense Ajna, Umbriel Scuro, Leanne Rose, Gloria Elsa and Sylvia Fawn (I took Scott's family name, so my kids and I have McNeil as our last name.) A few years after our octuplets were born, we had twins, a boy and a girl, who we called Evan Luther and Eva Lucia (pronounced Ava). The family size requires a metro bus with our chauffeur, which we afforded due to the resurgence and resurrection of the Gundam franchise, which he was Duo Maxwell on "Gundam Wing". Translation of the Operation Meteor would complete the available Gundam Wing media.

He would face 8 8-year-olds and 2 5-year-olds tackling him as he came home from work. I would gently remind the children not to dogpile on daddy.

We'd eat dinners I made in the kitchen while the children played a 10 player game. I would serve a mochi-covered ice cream bon bon.

Here's the breakdown of who gets what.
Me - Matcha Green Tea
Scott - Original Green Tea
Vance - Chocolate
Joel - Vanilla
Flarence - Mint Chip
Essence - Black Sesame
Umbriel - Cookies and Creme
Leanne - Red Bean
Gloria - Kona Coffee
Sylvia - Plum
Evan - Strawberry
Eva - Mango

Edit: Changed Gloria's middle name from Kori to Elsa. Not many Americans would understand the connection of Kori (Japanese for ice).

I day dream all the time. Sometimes I'll be watching something and suddenly imagine a really funny/random scenario.
Most of the time my day dreams would be best described as porn, so I wont share those.

My boyfriend told me about a daydream he had last night. We were watching House M.D and he said he dreamt that house had two walking sticks and he was walking normally but swinging the walking sticks back and forth, like he was pretending to use them without letting them touch the floor. Then the dream changed into my partner having the walking sticks and his hands merging with the handles and the long sticks gave him super powers.

He's a weird one, my boyfriend.

77.4% percent of my time is spent in my thoughts. I tend not to think of love or such things, more of the abstract. You'd never fully understand some of the abstract things I've thought of before as It's actually kind of hard to easily describe them.

I day dream constantly. Mostly about busty ladies and expensive cars.

My brain is so noisy I can't think.

No seriously. One part is doing story planning, another part insists on having at least one song going on, a third part does all my random and weird day-to-day thoughts and occasional daydreaming, and the fourth part is trying to remember important stuff inbetween the three others. Sometimes all of this goes on almost at once, hence the noise.

Most of my daydreaming is about logical problems and figuring out stuff I wonder about. Lots of weird stuff going on there...

Whenever I'm lost in thought on things other than love and the macabre and my parents are around...My dad jokes I have steam or smoke coming out my ears, especially when thinking of ideas to make things for my company.

I sometimes daydream and the subject varies. But what costantly comes back to my mind, are the love of the most adorable and beautiful girls/ladies in the World and winning the most important professional cycling races, which were in the past deciding the most important football matches (read: FIFA World Cup, UEFA EURO's and the UEFA Champions League).

I mostly day dream about becoming a famous actress or writer or some kind of superhero that saves an entire city from some sort of catastrophic event.

The secret ingredient is phone.
Growing up means watching my heroes turn human in front of me.

I daydream a lot. A lot of it is about sex to be honest. But I also daydream and worry about big events that could happen in my life - everything from the truly wonderful to the catastrophic, and their outcome. Or just more ordinary events, basically anything that could happen but probably won't and imaginary conversations I won't have.

Yeah. Thank goodness I've gotten older and don't day dream about that as much...

I said as much. I'm not dead yet.

From about 12 to 40 was pretty miserable, tho. I think I started at 5, tho' I didn't know what it was I was day dreaming about.

Now I just day dream about making Sims 3 mods. then I shake that off as unproductive and daydream about making robots. I'm thinking a hexapod to carry groceries from the car to the kitchen ought to be fun and useful and well within my present technology. Gonna use a Beaglebone as it's brain - Raspberry Pi's don't have analog IO ports. I'm working on the "go up the stairs" part.

I daydream nearly all the time about things I want to happen in the future, past memories and what I'd change if I could go back in time, I also daydream about people I care about.

I live in an interesting downtown area and ride public transit, so I often daydream about people I see on the street or on the bus. I try to guess what each person's story is, where they're going, and other things like that. Basically people-watching. It's especially interesting when I overhear snatches of conversations.

My mind wandering has led me to crack ship my own characters. Other than that I just daydream about ideas that I'd actually use for something

Shipping two characters means you view them as a couple. Crack shipping is that, only it's like you're on crack because why would they ever be together.

Sorry if that doesn't make much sense - I read too much fanfiction

I daydream about what I want to do in sims, such as which sims will get married, which sims are having more children. That's basically a lot of the time. Other times I usually daydream about things relivent at the time, lately it's been daydreaming about teaching my sister's social worker basic Psychology because she thinks my sister can't be a good parent because she has aspergers, and thinks my baby sister, who was affectionate towards her (the social worker) while she was at her Dads house means she's "more confident" because my sister is 'cold and distant' even though 1. She isn't and 2. My baby sister screams that she doesn't want to go to Daddy's house, as well as completely blanks him when he tries to talk to her........ But this rant is more for the vent thread...
