I love this lot! I downloaded and put it in my downtown and you did SUCH an amazing job giving life to this place! It plays nicely and my sims just really love it.

My only problem is that the big screen TV somehow isn't there. I checked my files and it's there, but it's not showing up in the game. *sigh* Oh well!

I usually just download hair, clothes and lots...never objects. But because this lot is SO awesome, I'm going to do it. GREAT JOB!

its great n all but mi sims was runnin so fast but the buildon is so big it caused mi game to slow down =/

Sorry to hear that, but as you can see, this building is pretty big and filled with all kinds of objects. You will need a somewhat decent computer to run this with as little lag as possible. Even if The Sims runs fast in other lots, you can't always expect the same speed from playing in this lot, especially if you can't run The Sims with the highest graphic settings.

The "Lot Price" is just how much this lot would cost if it was a Residental Lot, but it is a Community Lot and the Price doesn't matter really!

Thanks again for all the nice comments you guys, and yes, I know alot of expansions/stuff packs are needed, but I wouldn't have gotten the same feel for the theater if I didn't use all of these EPs/SPs
