Default How to make cc hat like Twi'lek hat for beginner
The Twi'lek hat is unique in that it also places a skin and hat over the sim's body without stealing space for outfits, makeup, or some skin details.
Does anyone know how to make a cc similar to that hat in function? I'm thinking of attaching a specific makeup-hairstyle combination as a uniform, and turning it all into a "hat" would make it so much more convenient.

You could try making the hat with the texture overlaying the body for skin color and makeup, and flag it to remove hair. Since you're a beginner, maybe try just making the hat first.
