I threw a wedding party and in the middle of the event, the party scenario balloon disappears. I fast forwarded the party to see if the party is still going normally, just without the information but no, the wedding won't end and the limousine won't show up. It's the second time it happened but this time I saved the game at the middle of the party and when I came back to the game, the balloon is still not showing up.

If you click on the phone, do you get options to start another party? Could be that something glitched out and the party ended abruptly, not giving you a score and the reward.
