IMHO this and Pete the Perv should be made into NPC's so your sims can have random encounters with them. Imagine Betty Sim coming home from work to find Baglady eating from her trash, or Bobby Sim getting flashed by Pete the Perv on the playground.

Lol, talks mostly to cats....... My mom's gonna crack up when she sees this. This sim is excellent.

She's a townie in one of my neigbourhoods, and she walked by one lot I played today. I paused and zoomed in on her, and I actually was a little scared myself...
It's hilarious when she appears at very posh restaurants though, or shaking her a** at the nightclubs...
