Ditto what greeneyedsims - i never download houses but just had to stop by and say wow! How do you get the roof over the garage with the little balcony like that???

Very interesting desin, I like what you did with the roof like that with the windo right in the midle of it. I am always trying to find a way to make houses look more interesting, especialy when it comes to the roof. You have jsut given my a new idea to play with.

Hayy i may sound dumb butt where do u save the .rar files that you download wen u download most houses. i tried putting them in downloads and they wont show up in my game!!! help plz i have lyk no houses in ma game

(You need WinRAR)Click on the file above, it should download to your temp folder, after it loads, click on the sims2pack file. It will autoinstall to the correct folders. Get the Sims2pack Clean Installer. It will make things easier.

This is so well done! It looks a lot like a house some family friends lived in when we lived in southern california. Although their house was a bit more 70's and yours is more modern.
