The Sims 4: My first Neigh Neigh and Watch me Whip Stuff Pack? (gameplay Features horses and social interaction to "Whip Nae Nae" to a Sim)

Though the pack would have to be developed in 2014, as that's an oldy fad. Aside that, If horses were to be announced, I would honestly had the provoking question in my head whether Sims will be able to mount them. Or will these new Animal-Sims be a reskin of bikes, in a form of rideable ponies that can be barely interacted aside from transportation means.

P.S. Sorry for my bad english.

Horses? They were listed on a poll last year and did very well under the heading of "Equitation"

What magic do you think she’s going to bring to the table next?

I think I’m confusing her with someone else.

Not hating, but just disliking it. Anyone here find EA's expansion for sims 4 not worth the money?. I have ALL expansion and addons. But sometimes I feel like my money is just going down the drain. Their expansion doesn't have that much content at all. Their city living which consist of apartment thing , i feel like it could be much more, like they should add an option for us to make our "own" apartment. The game is so limited and even the expansions. sucks. The sims 4 could have much more potential, map sucks coz you can only count on your finger how many buildings you can put in. If there is really a Sims 5 release I hope its much better.

TS4 their bread and butter; they're not going to go against EA unless their fan bases dry up. Considering how creepily invested some people are into the likes of James, Deli, ect... the pool isn't going to dry up.

Honestly I don't know what people get out of Deligracy and James. They are the most boring Game Changers I've ever had the displeasure of mistakenly clicking on one of their videos. James is boring, and Deli is shrill, and listen I know the importance of letting women show their enthusiasm in its entirety but Deli's over-enthusiasm isn't enjoyable because she's happy and you're happy for her, her over-enthusiasm is unenjoyable because it's so fucking fake. And boring, too. Have I said boring yet?

Nevertheless, these fit in with a trend I've noticed with Game Changers, and it's that most if not all of them are primarily Builders. I'm not saying being a Builder is bad, I'm saying that I've seen builders: refuse to criticize the game, only criticize the Build & Buy aspect of the game, or give weak criticism when it comes to anything other than Build & Buy. I mean, I've seen people rank Sims 4 packs based only on Build & Buy and place damn near every single one of them in a high tier, which isn't a bad thing by itself, but considering everything else? It's just worrying. Build & Buy and CAS will rarely if ever fail those particular simmers because those are two aspects of the game the Sims 4 does expertly. And that brings me back to the Game Changers; most of them are Builders, they don't actually get in and play the game. Besides all that, they're are Game Changers that, while they critic the game, have an unconscious bias towards the Sims 4 that they don't acknowledge to their audience. I've seen one Game Changer in particular remark on camera how building in the Sims 3 is horrible because it's so laggy while having a smoother game than I probably ever will, and yet not notice that they're getting below 30 FPS while building in the Sims 4.

(This has to be the longest post I've ever typed, but damn it I have shit to say.)

Oh c'mon. There better be a point to all this stress I'm under.

Deli is known for her shrieking, making everything Barbie pink and so on.  James is interesting in that his personality completely changes when he's not playing sims.  I used to watch his Flabiliki channel when he played GTA.  Upon looking for said GTA content to make my point,  James has made all of his GTA content private.  Thanks to the internet, there is still evidence of how he can be a chameleon.  GTA 5 | GeeNee's Scavanger Hunt! w/Zeuz and Flabaliki.   I could understand if he made videos private because YouTube throws copyright strikes for the music in GTA, but I don't recall all of his GTA content using in game music.

I don't know the demographics of people that watch Yib videos, but judging by comment sections, I'd say that most of their audiences are younger and have never played older versions of the sims. TS4 is the only game they've played and since they are younger, they're naive and don't ask questions about why is it that when their Yib of choice does a pack review, they only talk about build mode and CAS instead of reviewing the whole pack.

Any pack regardless of whether it is a stuff pack, game pack or expansion pack should be able to stand by itself and hold it's own merit.  Since this is never the the case, Yibs try to bypass this by using dodge-y editing and try to avoid all the elephants in the room that come with any given pack. Bugs don't show up in CAS. It used to be that bugs didn't show up in build mode.  That is no longer the case, but when a person builds a house of cards and EA doesn't take care of their game, it's a tough spot to be in.  Can't stick toothpaste back in the tube after spending years nurturing a specific kind of persona.

I've said for a long time that if Yibs were running a actual business, they'd fail.  It isn't hard to sell stuff to kids. Dealing with adults is a whole other issue. A prime example of this would be Lilsimsie.  She will talk shit all day long, but the minute there is a shift in her audience even temporarily, suddenly she doesn't have much to say other than her usual snark when she is being called out for something.  Her fans will come rushing to her side to defend this behavior by stating that because of her age, she doesn't know better. Yeah, no.  She's fully aware of this behavior because if she wasn't, she'd continue to talk shit regardless of who is watching her at any given time.  I might live in a bat cave, but I wasn't born yesterday.

Life must be hard when one has to keep moving in and out of reality.  The battle of which 'person' they need to be at any given time must be exhausting.

Well I'm worried because Rachel is back at EA. Is it coincidence that some people are suddenly leaving? That'll be the end of any undumbing and grownupping of the game.

I found Sims Lore a couple of weeks ago.  I'm not into head cannon and all of that, but I enjoyed her video about Snowy Escape.  Cindy from Pleasant Sims is also okay. I've incorporated some of the things she does with her game play into my own game.  Plumbella, I can't.  I'm sure she is a lovely person and I have tried to watch her, but nope.

If Rachel is back at EA your greatest fears might come true, that she will be put in charge of any Sims 5.

EA like to bring in their staff now on 1yr or months' contracts and they currently have one offered for 3months to do the voice work on a new expansion for Sims 4 so I expect Sims 4 will last through 2021.

I can't see EA/Maxis being allowed to upgrade their PEGI rating for a game aimed at 13 year old girls in the first place with that lower rating. I just accept, being told from the very start that that's the target Maxis was aiming at, that I am too old for playing the game but I still enjoy building with it. Playing possibilities have got much greater with Eco Lifestyle and Snowy Escape lately. Any PEGI rating for over 18s could come if Sims 5 goes online but I don't like the idea of Sims getting like GTA with murders, shootouts.

I now only like to look at the videos that show me how to do or deal with something, like those platforms we got recently and especially with those that use all the packs and not just the basic ones. All the game-changers seem to just skim the top and not delve into the packs with any depth and never with all when new packs come out. Get to Work and Get Together have more in them than can be seen from a cursory glance.

PEGI ratings have nothing to do with what is going on with Gamechangers and TS4.

Since ratings were brought up, it is interesting how TS4 has a PEGI 13 rating, but FIFA has a PEGI 3.  3 year olds can gamble their parents into the poor house, but they can't play TS4.

I suppose seeing a Sims burn to death is more of a problem than kicking or a foul in Football. It's a man's world!

You might find this interesting then .Just up your alley as they might say.

Well... Graphically, it's not as gruesome as the deaths been shown in previous games and Sims are more cartoony looking that die in a goofy fashion. Regardless, I think Fifa should still be the same rating because why the fuck a game that requires card details be rated for toddlers They can literally do one miss click and the parents can say Hello, "WE'RE B R O K E" and even possible not be unable to pay rent.

I'm certain said parents wouldn't make sense had they not known it contains gambling, because of the fact how misleading and scummy PG rating are.

There is a reason for game ratings being misleading and scummy.  The execs from game companies sit on the board for the Entertainment Software Rating Board or ESRB for short.  FIFA is EA's golden goose although the gold is looking rather tarnished these days with all the lawsuits going on.

By US law alone, FIFA should have a M ( mature) rating or a PEGI 18.  Not because there is nudity, violence or whatever, but because it is gambling.  Toddlers are not allowed to hang around in casinos, they're not even allowed in them.  Laws are for little people. If a company has enough cash to grease enough palms, they can get away with allowing toddlers to gamble in video games.  The gaming industry is just as corrupt as many other industries that I'm not allowed to talk about, because politics.

The only reason it's not is because there's always a prize in loot boxes. United States law requires the chance that you won't win anything for something to be considered gambling. At least, that's what I found out when I researched loot boxes for a paper.

This is true and why EA came up with the stupid expression "surprise mechanics".  In the case of FIFA. people spend literally thousands for a loophole in a effort to get the best players.

Maybe it isn't technically considered gambling, but the same rule applies. The house always wins.

Even in TS4's case, EA peddling people broken shit but presenting a false sense of transparency, and spreading out content across as many packs as they can keeps the TS4 train going on ever more. People keep buying it, ensuring they get the returns they so love. What a cycle.

There are still themes left to cover:

Possible Expansions:
- Family/Generations/Babies
- Farming
- Amusement Parks/Carnivals
- Hobbies

Possible Game Packs:
- Casinos/Gambling
- Hotels or Another Business
- Cars
- Occults

Possible Stuff Packs:
- Architecture (which we always get, but haven’t yet).
- Interior Design Stuff (because kitchen stuff ain’t it)
- 2nd Branded Stuff Pack
- Teenager Stuff
- The Inevitable Nursery Stuff

Then, there are still odd and ends we don’t have, like Billiards or Pool Slides, or themes that are incomplete, like Get Together lacking a strong dating aspect, or retail needing a serious update!

Maybe I asked this before, but isn't there like a limit to how many expansion packs and game packs this game can handle at some general point, unless you have a proper gaming PC (which isn't even the target audience)? I just feel like there was an understanding by the developers that TS2 and TS3 couldn't handle more expansion packs all at once which is why they went on to develop the following title

Having a proper gaming PC and or dev understanding has nothing to do with it.  TS3 on a PC only uses just shy of 4 gigs of ram. Despite all the lies Google tells, there is no way to make the game run on more than 3.89 gigs ( something like that) of ram.  People can spend thousands of dollars on a top-end gaming PC and TS3 still isn't going to use all the resources the system comes with, nor is it going to fix all the messes that EA left behind.  Mods such as the NRAAS suite help, but there are still things that people like Twallan and now Chain cannot fix.  It isn't from the lack of trying, there are things that only EA could fix.

I saved my pennies and spent a couple grand on my sims rig, I don't have problems with my game. It isn't because I'm special or that there is some magical version of TS3 out there that is bug free. Rather it is because I've put in the time and energy into my game so that it is considerably less problematic than it would be without the time and energy.  Any time a person sez they play TS3 vanilla, with all packs and have zero problems, I roll my eyes.  This is bullshit just as those that claim that their vanilla TS4 game is completely bug free; sure it is and the moon is made out of cheese.

TS4 is the Frankenstein of TS2 and TS3.  EA takes code from these games, leaves the bugs and now we have TS4.  If a person has 64 gigs of ram and plays TS4, the game isn't going to use it.  The only time that is going to happen is if there is a memory leak.  This happened recently, the same time Father Winter's beard started crashing everybodies game.  There was a audio leak, so whatever ram a system had, all of it would be used. In order to get around this problem, people would have to play with audio off because otherwise, their game wasn't playable.  No ram, no playing.

EA isn't in this whole TS4 thing to play nice and or to be fair, it's all about money.  As long as they can shove packs out the door and people are willing to buy them, there is no need for them change their ways. We've been talking about this for 6 years.  Even all the naysayers that screamed about EA would never fuck people over are starting the see the light.  It's still hazy and in many cases murky as there are still too many people that willingly plunk down $40.00 for frickin' windows in a expansion pack that they otherwise don't like,  but seeing some of the light is better than not seeing any I suppose.
