Just finished downloading this and played a few families.
My initial reaction is this is a much better starter neighborhood than the ones that ultimately shipped with the game, and I don't feel any sort of "push" to play any of the characters one way or another.

THIS....IS....AWESOME!!! Only thing I can think to make better was in the Brooke family, the twins were Melissa and Star (Not Danielle). And the Marshall family, the teen's name was Teeny not Lila. BUT STILL AWESOME

I did not have access to every thing about this hood and had to rely on Thsms204 and the one he did way back in 2006 for all names.

@KiwiKatie000 Look inside the N107 folder and see if there is another N107 folder if there is then that is the one you need to use.

I love this neighborhood so much, thank you for the time and effort you've put into this. One thing I've noticed though, is Danielle and Mellisa have memories of meeting Josh and becoming best friends with him, but they've never met him, at least, that's what it shows in their relationships. It's the same with Josh, he has memories but hasn't actually met them. This won't cause corruption or anything if I have them meet and their memories duplicate, will it? Thanks.

No it wont cause corruption, just have them meet and you should be good to go. I just forgot to set the flag for them meeting is all.

@Marciela119 You must make sure you take out N107 folder out of the first folder for it to work.

If that don't work then delete your "NeighborhoodManager package" C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods then restart your game and see if that works.

Loving this neighbourhood, thank you for all your hard work, its my new favourite one to play in. The houses especially are ideal, wish I had thought to copy some into other neighbourhoods before playing them.

@shadowmes just go back to the download page and download the one without sims in it and now you have all the houses to use in any hood.

I made both with and without sims because I wanted to use the houses in other hoods to.
