Default Dead People Don't Glow
I need help, I'm trying to get past the ad on mediafire but I can't. Does anyone know a way or have the actual download page available?

No Vampire Glow (1.36): https://www.mediafire.com/file/b7ta..._patch_1_36.zip
No Vampire Skin Glow (1.36): https://www.mediafire.com/file/be0s...low_skin_V2.zip
No Vampire Eye Glow (1.36): https://www.mediafire.com/file/jqa9...low_eyes_V2.zip

I use the No Skin Glow version and it works fine for me, on patch 1.63 upon further testing, this mod doesn't do anything. It's outdated and it makes no difference whether you have it installed or not, because vampire sims will still show the skin and eye overlays no matter which version you pick.

@PieceCake This looks like an awesome mod! Thanks for sharing!
@sweetdevil does the no skin glow version let us keep the glowing eyes?

Ahh my apologies, I spoke a bit too soon I confused this mod with the "no bloom" edit and assumed the "glow" part referred to the bloom.
Indeed, this mod is outdated and makes no difference on the appearance of vampires, whether you have it or not.

The best workaround AFAIK would be to use Nraas Debugger \ Options: Sim \ Visual Override \ Remove Override.
This will do away with the skin tint and eye glow, and the vampire sim will appear as a regular sim.
However, this works on a per-session basis and the glow effects will show up again when you reload the save or start a new game.

For anyone wondering, I have this mod in my 1.67 game and it works fine.

Thank you! :D
If it is alright to ask, did you put the mod in the Packages folder or the Overrides folder?

Hi! Sorry for the double post.

I tried out the mod and it actually sort of works! It doesn't work if you put it in packages, but works when you put in overrides. I believe I have the last patch for the game since I use the EA launcher. In CAS vampire sims will have gray skin tones but in Live mode they will be the same tone as if they were human. Not sure if this is how it is supposed to work but whatever they don't glow that annoying green anymore at the very least lol.

However, I don't think this is entirely compatible with the eye mods I am using. In CAS the eyes look fine and they also look fine in Live Mode (after clearing the cache). However, the icons that show the sims faces look really freaky. The version of Dead People Don't Glow that I use is the no-glow for skin only. For the eyes, I am using Gruesim's eye mesh, default eyes from ChazzyBazzy, along with Buckleysims's updated aWt eye sliders. I am not sure if there is something I am missing or doing wrong. (EDIT: this paragraph may be because of separate causes, I am looking into it)

Hope this helps someone!
