By the way ..
I wondering if anyone know how many time a sims need use pesticides to become a Plantsim ? i want to know i like to make more of Plantsim .

After an adult or elder sim personally sprays their plants/trees 100 times with the pesticide, every subsequent spraying carries a 10% chance of turning them into a plantsim. This is direct from the Prima Guide.

Just do some kind of money cheat, plant about 15 trees, no ladybird boxes, leave them until they say "spray many" - which they soon will. Took me 3 sim days to get a plant sim that way.
