Love your community lots. I was inspired to find those old gas pumps. Love the lots and pics that show that this sunny beachy town has a dark side!

@grammapat: Thank you for the compliment! The old gas pumps are from a recent mod uploaded here: https://modthesims.info/d/647619/ts...-or-garage.html

And yeah, the idea for a beachside was kinda unplanned but I think it works nicely as a contrast! If you saw the original post, the Main Street is also quite cheerful. So the heart of the town, the old town center, is haunted and grim, but the areas surrounding it are more modern and lively. Which fits in to the lore I've created for it :D

I've got a few recent pictures of Dodge from my BACC game taken in the fall of 1841 as the town is getting ready for winter to arrive in a few days.I've been watching the town in it's infancy and am waiting to watch it slowly grow over the coming years.

@Morrowindnostalgia
I second what grammapat said. Your hood is impressive. One can see you've put a lot of work into it.
My faves are the Briar Ridge Mental Ward and Hallowbrook Lake/beach.

@Simsample -It's going to become three couples in the coming spring in 1842 and the winter of 1841 looks like a mild one though 1840 was a very hard winter and that can happen where winters can vary from one year to the next.Your town looks like it's been played for generations to get that big and that built up and mine won't look like that overnight even if I wanted it to because that's not realistic.
Here's RM 16 later to become Rapid City in the Dakota Territories in the 1820's.

I'd hate to be the car that crashes into that tree @xsoburg

Motion 349b R-1a passed. A preview of Malcolm Landgraab's vision for Old Town. Mostly just condominiums of the same layout, but the exterior colours have changed for each building. Park plazas surround the buildings offering lots of greenery and shade.

Hope it's okay that I post 3 times in a row. I just like taking pictures of my 'hoods.

These show a field with a scarecrow, and a small local farm owned by the Wagner family. Grey skies take centre stage in Gotterdammerung as toughest winter approaches.

@HarVee I love that scarecrow, I had him in one of my Sims 3 worlds with a bird on his arm! Beautiful neighbourhoods you have there.
