So, every time I start my game up, my relationships reset. If i met a new person, saved my game and quit, and load it back up, that person will be gone from the relationship panel. Does anyone know what this mean and can they help me? Feel free to ask me what kind of mods I have.

Sounds like you have either a bad script mod, a mod that isn't compatible with another, or piece of cc that is bad.
If this is a new problem I would start by removing anything I have added recently.
If that doesn't fix it try the 50/50 method of removing cc until you find it.
