This hood is spectacular. Does the cc, when downloaded separately, appear in the hood or must it be placed by the user? I have some that seem a bit barren compared to the screenies.

They appear in the neighborhood, yes.

So it looks like I'm stuck here forever on this floating island with Sarah and Skeleton Harvester.

Fantastic, I love it. A tad bit of technicality though.. This is more a Portland/Vancouver neighborhood since it has a good chunk of the Northern side of the river.

Wish it came with all the CC then I would have downloaded it. x.x I'm just too lazy so find and place everything myself. Nice job tho!

jimsei, you don't place it yourself..only need to dl it, extract into your games dl folder and they will show up in the neighborhood. And ty Zaxis..I love all your hoods.
