This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Custom content not showing up in CAW, even after I edited the Resource file
I wanted to get some custom content for CAW, but it wouldn't show up. I'm using Windows 10 Version 20H2. None of the threads related to this problem I could find were uploaded after the release of Windows 10, nor any of the users who use Windows 10 who had that problem.

I tried both methods. I created the "Packages" folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) folder, but that method didn't work. I tried the command prompt (running with administrator), but it displayed "The system cannot find the path specified." Am I missing one thing?

There are two steps you will have to prepare if you want to use CC objects in CAW.

1. You have to make sure that CAW "knows" where to look for your CC. Find the methods here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title...p:CAW_Framework. I'm not sure which methods you tried.

2. Make sure the objects you want to use are enabled for CAW. Only a very few items are enabled for CAW by default and show up after completing the first step so you very likely will have to enable the CC objects manually. Find the method here: https://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=453818

I would try that. Thank you.

This actually worked! Thank you a million times! I would have to put the content into the packages folder in the Program Files folder instead of the Documents folder.

Yes, the framework for CAW works differently from the one for the game itself. Happy to hear you could sort it out!
