Does anyone know where I can find African themed/style clothing for child male & female AND adult make sims in the sims 2?

Here's some pictures of what I had in mind.

For adult males, I was searching for something along the lines of an African Warlock. would be helpfull if anyone could tell me where i could find African Jewelry for adult male sims 2, like those golden neck-stretching necklaces/neck rings pictured below (I know it's usually females who were those but I wanted to make my male sim a tad bit effeminate with the jewelry). and hoop ear rings. and the baggy pants like the 3rd pic like Harem Pants AND ALSO IN THE 3RD PIC, the cloth shawl/skirt/dress-like thing that wraps around his torso (im not sure what to call it but i hope you guys get what im talking about) just so that it exposes his chest & nipples so it's obvious that he's a male.








For children. I was looking for clothing for male & female child sims, like in the style of the pictures below (hence the colorful african patterns):

african-themed CC is pretty scarce unfortunately, but there's definitely potential for recolors on some Maxis meshes

For the second picture, the general shape of the pants and the sandals aren't that far off Japanese men's hakama. If you could find a good bottom-only hakama, it could then be recolored.
