ok, so this is not the same as the skill gain mod? right? i already use the work/study hard mod (couldn't live without it, lol) I can have installed this mod, the work/study hard mod and a faster skill gain mod and there will be no conflict?

Thank you! I don;t want my sims to keep having to Work Hard and have no progress in Performance. I alternate between "Socialize with Co-Workers/Make Friends" and "Normal".
