I am very new to modding, SimPE ect., so I am quite lost. I have a residential lot at the beach and am annoyed at the constant tanning, castle building and wave watching. What do I do to stop all my Sims (preferably permanently) from doing so? I am willing to write my own code but I'd rather someone point me to a mod that already does this, because I'm not very confident in my modding skills yet - unless you gave me a clear step by step?
