Default Is there any way I can convert mp3 to XA file?
I'm attempting to add new sounds to the TV stations.
The audio of the TV files are XA. It's simple to convert them to MP3 file even by simply changing the file type.
I tried to change my MP3 file to XA file by manually changing the file type to XA, And named the file similar to the ones in the folder, like so "TV_COMM_TIMESHOW.XA" just to be on the safe side. But the sound is not playing in the game.
I was looking for online converting websites but they show an error attempting to change the file to XA. I even tried Filestar software but they are showing error as well.
Is there no way to create an XA file anymore?
