Default Help - Sims 1 has no sound after installing Hot Date
I've tried everything: running the game with the disc inserted, regedit... Nothing worked yet.
Before installing Hot Date, the sound was working with no problems.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

What do you have besides Hot Date? The expansion packs have to be installed in a particular order, or things get messed up. If you have an EP that came out after HD and installed HD after it, that will mess up your game.

Thanks for answering. I have all the expansions before HD installed in the right order: base game, living large and house party. Then when I installed Hot Date, the game audio stopped working. I don't have any expansion after HD installed, so that's not the case. Also, I'd like to play the game with these expansions only. Feel the old days nostalgia, you know?
