This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Sims wont stay Still
Ill keep it quick as its not the biggest deal however its annoying when im trying to take pictures. My autonomy is fully off and ive checked all my settings so they shouldnt be moving yet they keep moving around checking out new objects and talking to other sims. Is there a mod that fully stops autonomy ( i dont play the game normally so sims not moving at all is fine ) If anyone has any advice it'd be appreciated <3

I have read some have issues with autonomy though I don't have any issues with it in my game or at least that I'm aware of. As far as I know, there isn't a mod that turns off autonomy for all Sims.

There are various reasons as to why this may be happening. If this was an issue on a previous patch level and you are not updated then that issue would persist. Maybe the 'check out new object' is excluded from the no autonomy script. Some may have intentional game problems due to owning an invalid copy of TS3, though, I read this happens a lot with most, if not all, games that developers purposely do.

However, some suggest that a certain adult mod will interfere with the normal function of autonomy when set to off. So there is a potential for a mod to conflict with the gameplay mechanics.

As Deshong said, if using adult mod, such as Kinky World, it has it's own autonomy. It is a deep core mod, and conflicts with many Nraas mods. Some are full conflict, and you must choose one or the other... depending on what you want more. Others can be adjusted around to find a "tense" coexistence.

There is also autonomy settings in game options. Also, EA has "idle" animations, such as many stupid facial expressions, that seem related to some traits, hungry or need to use toilet. Generally, EA sends Sims to take care of motive needs autonomously, so they do not stare, although they will pee themselves sometimes.

For photoshoots or making comics, I recommend this mod... http://virtualartisan.blogspot.com/...ion-add-on.html which is an add-on to cmomoney's pose player. You can apply poses to any and every Sim (including non-actives) by clicking on them and new interactions show in pie menu, as long as you have a pose player on the lot (I believe)... Been a while, but I also think you can place pose player in an active Sim's inventory, and anywhere that Sim goes, pose player works on non-actives.

There are also several move options. )))
