It's on the largest lot size in the game. Most of my mansions are, because they are so big! :bandit:

I'm sorry everybody, but I'm afraid that 1400 Sim Avenue may not be on MTS2, because it got rejected because it "didn't look like a real house" This seems to be ridiculous, and I'm not sure why, because all of my houses look real, and even though they are not based off real houses or floorplans, they still deserve a spot here on MTS2. If worst comes to worst, you may only be able to get it at the official site or my website, because they are being completely unfair here.

Sad regards,

Nice job on the house! It's great and I love it. I'm thinking of rezoning it into a dorm in my game. :thumb:

I'm not taking sides at all, Sim Master, nor am I an expert builder (hardly! ). However, if you'd like to send me some shots of your house I can look it over and see why it was rejected and try to give some advice if it's needed?

The reason why I say this is because I'm looking at what you had written in your submission post ("This house has created a lot of bad luck for me, but after it being rejected two times, I finally figured out the problem!" ), and I wondered if you're experiencing the same with the house in question.

Normally, I don't like getting involved with stuff like this and will move on without responding most of the time. However, I'm willing to help if you'd like and you've been supportive of my efforts with your nice comments and thanks for my creations.

Again, you did a fantastic job on this lot and thanks for sharing (and perfecting it).

Actually, the only reason that my house got rejected to times was because I couldn't figure out why it was rejected, until they finally specifically told me so in the PM. The house was not furnished to the quality that is known on MTS2, so I really boosted the curb appeal in the interior furnishings, by putting objects in more unique ways, like diagonally, and outside the grid. Also, the front of the house was consitered
"boring" as the only things there were the windows, so I added a balcony. But, I still think the best version of this house and all my others are at the official site, as they contain a lot of unique custom content that I could never track the creators to. So, I cleaned out the house and took out all the custom content so I could release it to a wider audience of people. So for being on the official site, my site, MTS2, and TSR, this house, and all before it can be enjoyed by large amounts of people who want big houses. Thanks for your offer!

Not a problem, Sim Master, and thanks for explaining things to me.

By the official site, do you mean the Exchange (where the houses are at)? Sorry if I seem dense-it's almost 3 a.m by me, and I have a case of insomnia. :p

Yeah, I guess they are! And they're only meant for one family!
