It looks fantastic, just the way it looked in the movies.
That said, however, I shan't be downloading it, because I refuse to believe that Hermione would ever wear anything like that, lol! Even more so because it was pink in the movie, and the book clearly states that it's a periwinkle blue.
Still - it's a fabulous dress, ignoring the fact that Hermione supposedly wore it

waouw ! thanks to all for your comments ! I'm very glad with ! I've made this dress for a long time and thought it wasn't original enought for uploading... if I had known I would upload it earlier. I can do a recolor but "Periwinkle blue" doesn't mean much for me (translated in French it's really curious for a color and I'm too lazy to look in the book) perhabs something like this ? :

Hmm, it's a pretty colour, but not what I'd call periwinkle. I'd suggest that it needs to be lighter, possibly with a bit more red in it so that it's a bit more mauve than that.
Anyway, here's a colour swatch I found online for some random material in periwinkle:
