eedgan, I just uploaded a house for 51.something (a request) .. it's not that much bigger though, one more bathroom one more bedroom plus garage. Oh, and it has a pool. Maybe you'll like that one?

I love this little house! I downloaded it yesterday and played for a while with my new sim family, and they love it! Perfect size for the sims just starting out, and nothing had to be done with it either, though I did give it a make-over to match my style ^^.
