I like this idea for throwing two strangers together until they are each rich enough to move into their own places and furnish them well.

Thank you for making all these lovely starters. I hate using the money cheats when playing the game so I need a lot of inexpensive homes for my new sims. Love the duplex, it is very well designed =)
