I saw this post as the featured download, and thought "oh, another beautiful house I can't download because I don't have University. I'll just look at it anyway.
When I saw that it only required NL-- the only EP that I have-- I was very pleasantly surprised.
It's a beautiful house, I can't wait to get it into my game-- and thank you for making a quality lot that doesn't require every expansion pack installed just to have it in my game. :D

This house requires all the expansion packs, I do have 2 Victorian lots over at Parsimnious that do not require any expansion packs. I feel bad you won't be able to use this one, I may upload a small Victorian lot that does not require any expansion packs in the next few days.

I have all expansions but game always crashes when I try to look your house! What should I do? I also download RGiles Transparent Tile but house crushing!? Please tell me what to do, I realy like your house!!!

I really do not know why your game crashes, you may want to check and see if you have all the patches installed from the main site for your game.
