There is not a tutorial as far as I know. I just found the plum bob in the object workshop under miscellaneous in SimPE. Just export the mesh, modify it, then import it back. Keep everything else the same and save it to your downloads folder. Keep only package that modifies the plum bob in your downloads folder, becuase having more than one could cause problems.

Do you mean the one in my avatar?

Because to a creator, that sentence could mean " how did you keep the bone assignment with Wings 3d?"

But, yes the parts are downloadable. They're in seperate downloads though
