All I did is only type the cheat codes...
moveobjects on
boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true
boolprop snapobjectstogrid false


First one will help you to be able to move almost everything, even trashcan, post box or sims. ( select your sims and then place them somewhere you want. )
Second cheat code will help you to be able to turn things around in 45 degrees. ( press < or > )
Last one, the grid lines will be no longer important to you, if you type this one.

I'm not good at explaining things in English, after all.
Try these cheat codes yourself ^_^.

Ohh. This is one of the best downloads I've ever seen. You are so talanted!
I wish I could use this though. Is there a way to change .rar files to .package files? My computer doesn't let me download .rar files, and if it does, they almost never work.
