If you talk about the reflection of the water, it is due to your pc capacity (video card, ram) or to your video-settings in game. (in my old pc, also mirrors can't reflect images, and water-pools were less "shiny")

the second link for the recolors of Maxis paintings doesn't work anymore I'll just have to substitute a painting, but thanks for such a gorgeous place!
