Now I am busy putting up my houses in my new neighborhood.
But building 13 new beachlots takes a loooooot of time...so I downloaded a few nice ones...

great download, just one question, whenever i create this new neighborhood there are no beaches or waves, unlike in the pictures, there is just green grass then the blue sea, is this right because i've seen several pics of the island with the sand and waves already there. i would put the beaches in my self but when i try it doesn't look right.

This is like an upgraded Twikkii Island. I downloaded some lots that wouldn't work except on flat terrains and finally found a neighborhood where it works. (I'm not good with modifying terrains. lol) Thank you so much for this!
