is it required to download all the custom content listed?

the custom content is automatically installed in your game when u download the lot, so nothing to worry about.

When I downloaded this, it said the file was corrupt? Anybody else have that problem? But otherwise, the house would look beautiful!

simple. when you download it, it should ask you where to download it to ,documents, desktop, w/e. if u cant seem to find it in your files, the best thing to do is download it to your desktop. then un-rar it or un-zip it, and a icon with a sims 2 diamond should appear. click on this, this is the actual file. a box should pop up asking if you want to install this in your game. click yes, and when you go to play the game, it will be in the houses bin (as opposed to the empty lot bin)

I like putting grand piano under the stairs really looks cool lol thanks for this and keep bringing more of 'em lol
