These are really fantastic. I love starter homes, and to have these furnished, and for more than one sim, is a really great creation.

Nice.....but I just had to point out that there's a "cheap" neighborhood in my town that's called Oakland...scary, huh?
Anyway, these are really great lots, now I don't have to build as many cheap lots for my IRL neighborhood. Thanks!
