I wanted to download him but it always says I need a expension pack, which is not installed. may do I need OFB? please help, I want him so badly

No, he doesnt require expansion packs.. My computer used to do that too. Download Sims2 Pack Clean Installer and install him using that program instead, its small, quick to install and easy to use and I would recommend downloading it.. If you need help installing him, private message me
