wow, this is very nice! i didn't download the previous hgtv dream home 'cause of the cc, but i think i WILL download this one! i rate it 11644654132165 out of 10!!!!

Awesome! I've been looking for a new house to download, particularly a beach lot, and I prefer lots without CC. I like CC content for build mode, but I prefer to install it myself, in sets, rather than in the small bits that often come with lots. Anyway, this looks amazing, and I can't wait to try it out.

Well done. I undertook this project myself a few months back but quit out of frustration with the stairs. I tried making them two wide as I hate stupid Sims getting stuck on a floor because someone else is using the stairs. I created a problem with CFE and couldn't get it fixed.
Completer sets help me feel complete!
