This is a China Restaurant. It is typically chinese inside.
There are tables inside and outside. It has a little garden with a swing for kids to play.

Have a seat and trink a cup of café. Your Sims can sell cakes etc. and it functions as a Café too.

This is for sure the oldest place in town.
It was a park and now there is a pool, a grocery store and a nice seating area with barbecue.

Thanks a ton for these. They include all my neighborhood needs and are a lot prettier than if I tried to build myself x) BTW, I hope it's okay that these lots will appear (briefly) as settings for the story of my future "Legacy Challenge" family.
