I've already placed the Maxis duplex (the Brits call them "semis") in my neighborhood. They are a good compromise between houses and larger apartments.

this looks very american I like it! Though if I were you I'd try with more EPs so you get more building options. Anyway you made a good job

Yeah, I'm actually considering doing that for the upcoming duplexes that I will start working when I have the time too. Does anyone have any suggestions for other EPs that you would like to see me use? I have all EPs as well as all SPs but I would rather not use SPs. Keep in mind that Apartment Life will be one of the EPs used so I can always provide an Apartment Zoned version of the lot itself.

I love this duplex, it looks alot like one I lived in when I was about eight years old, in Michigan. Only diff is it was yellow, I like your color scheme better. Thanks a bunch, I'd like to see more of these and maybe multi-home apts.
