Weeee! I'm on a lot downloading spree because I'm populating a new hood. This is going straight into whatever uni I attach to Callay. Unfortunately all the potential students are still about 7 years old, but they'll get there with persistence and patience

hey, what a wonderful dorm, i love it!
i searched a while for a great place for my students and now i found it, thanks a lot! i really like your lovely details in every room so everything looks unique. normally i prefer unfurnished lots, but yours an exception. i can't wait to play it.

I just can't believe it.. I'm playing a college sim named Lily, and wanted her on a nice dorm, but the Maxis ones suck, and I came here to see if I find something appropriate. And look at this! *hysterical* Can't thank you enough.
