Probably, yes. As that painting doesn't come with recolours of it's own in the game.

Why is the in-game shot of the "ice cream" sign flipped? The other two look normal.

In the preview? Because I'm a lazy person that flipped the screenshot and didn't think about what that'd do for the text It's perfectly normal in game (the other shots are all in game too).
